Washington Commerce Home Energy Programs

Washington State Commerce offers several rebate and assistance programs that help homeowners improve whole‑home energy efficiency, upgrade heating and cooling systems, and complete weatherization projects. These include the State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR)—which are active now—and the upcoming Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebates, which are currently in the final approval stage with the U.S. Department of Energy.
